Trends are changing now in Indian fashion industry. India's most famous fashion brand has taken initiative and appointed a fashion director outside the family of owners. Last year Satya Paul appointed Masaba Gupta as a director of fashion designer to unleash the new dimensions of fashion designing as Satya Paul trying to reposition its brand. To reposition brand image and to transform Satya Paul brand for young girls instead of women.

Masaba Gupta is a daughter of actress Neena Gupta. She is 24 years old graduated from Central Saint Martin's College of Arts and Design. Bringing Gupta on board was a deliberate move by the iconic brand to appeal to a younger generation of consumers. And now appointed as fashion director of Satya Paul.

Satya Paul Winter Collection by Masaba Gupta

Today we have brought Autumn/Winter Collection 2013 from the house of Satya Paul. The collection was presented in Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week 2013 held in March 2013. Satya Paul Autumn/Winter Collection 2013 was appreciated by most of fashion analysts. This Autumn/Winter Collection 2013 was consists of three segments. Segments was designed by Masaba Gupta, the first consisted of lipstick prints, the second was ink blot on garments, the third section had abstract designs and the last part had telephone booth imprints.
